Boss as a Service: A New Look
What we've learned about accountability -- and how it has changed our style!
Boss as a Service began with the idea that accountability was mostly about check-ins and reminders. Now we know it's about something much more powerful: having another human being who knows what you're trying to accomplish, checks in consistently, and doesn't let procrastination quietly erode your goals over time.
Over the last few years, we've worked with people trying to write books, switch careers, launch startups, get fit, learn languages, and finish projects they've been putting off for years. The biggest takeaway from this is simple: most people don't have a motivation problem. They have a follow-through problem, or a gap between intention and action.
That's why we've doubled down on being human-first. Even as the world moves toward more automation, we've found that accountability still works best when there's a real person on the other side who actually expects you to show up.
As we've grown, we've gotten much clearer about what Boss as a Service actually is. The redesign was a chance to strip things back and focus on the core idea: helping people follow through on goals that matter to them.
What the new site offers:
A simple start-up process
People often assume there's a secret system behind successful accountability. In reality, the process is intentionally simple.

That's it. No dashboards to learn, no complicated onboarding, no hidden process. Just clear commitments and consistent follow-up.
Pick what you want
Accountability isn't one-size-fits-all. Some people simply need daily check-ins to stay on track. Others want deeper involvement, planning support, and regular calls.

With our plan breakdown, you'll see exactly what's included at each level and how long it runs for. The core stays the same: sustained accountability with a real person keeping you honest over time.
Real testimonials
Don't just take our word for it. Read real reviews from clients who continue smashing goals with their Bosses and actually sticking with them long-term.
